The closest airport (30 miles away), Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (code: STS), has direct service to and from Seattle, San Diego, Portland, Phoenix, Orange County, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Denver, and Dallas.

San Francisco and Oakland airports are about 80 miles from Bodega Bay.

• Start by heading north on US-101 N from Los Angeles.
• Continue on US-101 N for approximately 360 miles, passing through cities like Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.
• Take Exit 505A toward Santa Rosa/California 12 E/Sonoma.
• Merge onto CA-12 W toward Sebastopol/Sonoma.
• Follow CA-12 W for about 16 miles and then take a slight left onto CA-116 W.
• Continue on CA-116 W for approximately 15 miles, passing through the town of Sebastopol.
• Turn left onto Bodega Highway/CA-1 N.
• Continue on Bodega Highway/CA-1 N for about 11 miles until you reach Bodega Bay.

San Francisco to Bodega Bay

To reach Bodega Bay from San Francisco, take Highway 101 North. The distance is approximately 67.2 miles, and the estimated travel time is around 1.5 hours
